The Wisconsin Veterans Day Parade Presented By Generac brings hundreds of participants through the streets of Wauwatosa while thousands of spectators celebrate the service and sacrifice of Wisconsin’s military veterans, service members, and their families.

For people around Wisconsin, the Veterans Day Parade is an iconic tradition. Share your appreciation for Wisconsin’s veterans while connecting with this dedicated audience and impact thousands of guests on the streets of Downtown Wauwatosa. Veteran and military groups, including active duty, guard, and reserve component units, are encouraged to apply to participate.

PURPOSE

To celebrate the service and sacrifice of Wisconsin’s military veterans, service members, and their families.

THEME

The theme for Veterans Day is “Honor.” Veterans are proud of their military service in defending our Nation. Honor reflects the military value and tradition of answering the call to duty. There is distinct honor in serving to protect our way of life and the Constitution of the United States of America.

GRAND MARSHAL & DIGNITARIES

We will be announcing our Grand Marshal and dignitaries soon. Stay tuned!

PARTICIPANTS

The parade features groups representing veterans of all eras, military units, civic and youth groups (including Junior ROTC), businesses, and more. Floats, military and vintage vehicles and other special elements add to the spectacle and excitement.
